Installing cee_syslog_handler into a virtualenv will cause the files AUTHORS.rst, CHANGES.rst, LICENSE.txt, requirements_test.txt and requirements.txt from the package source are written to the to level directory of the installation environment. There, they potentially overwrite other files.
