Video Playback in Review Tab is always muted

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
When I want to watch recordings in the review tab, the video playback is always muted.
In addition to this problem is that it takes 3-10 secs to load the video playback and in this time frame it's not possible to unmute the playback.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great when the last mute state would be stored in the browser or a setting for this is available.
