Implement a CI workflow that updates the CHANGELOG file automatically.
This probably also requires some (automatic) labeling of issues/pr's based on their title.

Example:
@bjw-s bjw-s added documentation Improvements or additions to documentation enhancement ci Improvements or additions to CI flows and removed enhancement labels Sep 22, 2021
