Description

In azuread_application, oauth2_permission_scope, each permission has a UUID which as of the azurerm documentation https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/azuread/latest/docs/resources/application#oauth2_permission_scope can be generated via random_uuid. We would like to have that possibility implemented
