Release notes are truncated in the list view #1666

When listing releases here: https://github.com/awslabs/amazon-eks-ami/releases

GitHub will truncate the notes at (apparently) 9500 characters. That results in the older k8s versions not being rendered. We'll need to compact our notes, or otherwise handle the truncation more gracefully.

The complete notes are rendered on the page for a specific release.

GitHub has added a "Read more" link, which is sufficient for this IMO.
