Describe the bug

When running deployment with hotswap, I got:

Could not perform a hotswap deployment, because the CloudFormation template could not be resolved: We don't support the 'StreamArn' attribute of the 'AWS::DynamoDB::Table' resource. This is a CDK limitation. Please report it at https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/issues/new/choose
Falling back to doing a full deployment

reporting this since it was told to do so.

Expected Behavior

I expected this to perform the hotswap.

Current Behavior

It does not perform the hotswap.

@karmabadger Good morning. Could you please share your CDK code for which you want to use hotswap deployment? Please also check if:

• StackOverflow article https://stackoverflow.com/questions/75042121/cdk-watch-command-forces-full-deploy-with-unrelated-error-on-file-change helps (although it doesn't appear to be the same use case, mentioning here just for reference).
• It is similar to (aws-tools): CLI --hotswap -> We don't support attributes of the 'AWS::DynamoDB::Table' resource #19421.

I would say it is probably similar to that other issue just that it is not the same type of resource.

Making a note that the same error shows up for stacks containing AWS::ElastiCache::ReplicationGroup.

this is pretty useful as each deploys are taking me over 600 seconds just because they cannot hotswap here.
