Description

  • visualize center line by points
  • It is useful to confirm center_line_resolution

I think replace this center line strip to arrow marker would be smarter, isn't it?

My opinion is: the linestring is useful to understand the order of the points, so it would be nice if we can have both (linestring and points). Then, we can keep the implementation as this is.

@taikitanaka3 The center_line_arrows is too heavy in rviz in large lanelet2 map like odaiba. I propose to visualize points instead of arrows.

I think arrow is lighter than center line plus each point.

Arrow markers are made by Marker::ARROW and each of them are pushed to MarkerArray.
On the other hand, Point markers are made by Marker::SPHERE_LIST and Centerlines are make by LINE_STRIP. These are pushed as one Marker to MarkerArray
I believe that low size of MarkerArray reduce calculation costs.
