github actions should execute the notebooks newly. or even RTD itself. but essentially want to actually BUILD the few notebooks I do have. this would also let me not leave executed notebooks in the repo, which currently bloats repo size.

this is somewhat working. can't quite get the conf.py to import cortecs. and i don't want it pip installed!
