R installation instructions out of date

In the installation instructions found https://mxnet.apache.org/get_started/ubuntu_setup.html#install-the-mxnet-package-for-r, files

cd mxnet/docs/install
./install_mxnet_ubuntu_python.sh
./install_mxnet_ubuntu_r.sh

do not exist.

We recommend using our script for collecting the diagnositc information. Run the following command and paste the outputs below:

Would you mind taking a look at #17228 ? It should fix your issue, but I'm not an R expert.
