Is there a way to fetch a specific commit? I tried:

plugman install ... --plugin cordova-plugin-keyboard#1234
plugman install ... --plugin https://github.com/cjpearson/cordova-plugin-keyboard#1234

but they all "Failed to fetch plugin from registry".
