Regarding dlang/phobos#8759 (comment)

The parsed arguments function created by the mixin, doesn't pass the Options struct as ref, requiring a copy. Would be cool to be able to do ref Options opts, so it doesn't get copied. I can also see this being a problem if options contain some non-copiable object.
