Installing the Addon

If you haven't installed the addon yet, download the latest version here

You need the stopmagic.zip file from the latest version to be able to get the latest features and bugfixes.

  • After you have downloaded the addon, open Blender.
  • Go to the Edit menu and click Preferences. A new Window will appear showing you the settings for Blender.
  • Click on the Addons menu on the side to show all addons you have installed for Blender.
  • In that section, you will be able to see a button named Install. Click on it and it will open a File Explorer.
  • In the explorer, go the folder where you have downloaded the stopmagic.zip file. Select the file and press Install.
  • Blender will show a short message in the bottom status bar that the addon have been installed. If you see a red colored message there showing an error, make sure that you open an issue here
  • Congratulations, you have successfully installed the StopMagic addon for Blender

The addon should work with any version of Blender above 2.91. If it doesn't work with your version of Blender, make sure that you open an issue here and provide as much details as possible.
