Solaris Playbook Check Github Action Failing

The Github action that performs a check of the solaris playbook, is failing due to an incompatibility in Ubuntu 22.04 / Ubuntu 24.04 , the newly released version of virtual box (7.1), as Vagrant is not compatible with Virtualbox 7.1 yet. Installing VirtualBox 7.0 is not an option on a github hosted runner, as the O/S kernels have been updated and are not currently compatible with Virtualbox 7.0 ( only compatible with 7.1 ) , as such we have a conflict between Ubuntu, Virtualbox & Vagrant.
