Admin settings page also needs fixing as node 14->16 broke it

Admin settings issue is not related to node upgrade. It was due to Spin getting removed in https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/pull/785/files#diff-2c1748244134627077a742d3ed800a8c51aa289c06e63cb7b3a7afb860c22d33L11
