Run the script.

Click the "بازکردن تقویم" (Open Calendar) button to open the datepicker window.

In the datepicker window:
- Use the dropdown menus to select the month and year.
- Click on a date button to choose a specific day.

The selected date will be displayed in the target entry field in the "YYYY-MM-DD" format.

Close the datepicker window when you are done.
