Navigation list view: Use the Navigator component for the back button #45885

In #45852 (comment) we added a "back" button to the Inspector Controls under the Nav block offcanvas experiment.

We should look at using the Navigator component, so that we get the animations and other behaviours for free rather than duplicating them.
