Gallery block: enable the in-between inserter #38094

Now that the Gallery block is a wrapper around innerBlocks it should be possible to use the in-between inserter to add new images, as noted here.

This is dependent on this PR being merged as there is currently a bug with the in-between inserter and horizontal layouts that wrap.

The inbetween inserter is now working in the gallery so closing:
