Left/right aligned images not movable

Describe the bug
Left or Right aligned images can no longer be moved around - same issue as #1868 but I can't reopen that one. You can revert this by centre aligning the image and then moving it and realigning left or right.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create new image block
2. Left or right align
3. See error

Expected behavior
Expected aligned images to still be movable - assuming it's because it becomes part of parent text block or something so that why it looses movability...?

Additional context

• Wordpress 5.0.3, network setup
• localhost
• Twenty nineteen theme
• only plugin enabled: Classic editor but Gutenberg enabled for particular site.
