This PR Closes #20 , to add lit protocol for encryption / decryption of the content

2 Methods are added via the Lit protocol SDK in the modules/lit
The first method to encrypt the IPFS string , that returns lot of extra encrypted data to be stored
The other method is to just put in the string or file , and get an encrypted IPFS CID

Final thoughts pending by Ahmed on using Livepeer instead of Lit for access gating the content , not free to merge
