Unexpected \end{document}

I have created a new Overleaf project from the zip file located under the releases. It seems that there is some structural error in the thesis_template.tex file:

The template can be compiled, but it is annoying to see everything in red.

Have you found a fix for this? I have the same issue.
I fixed it by adding \begin{document} to thesis_template.tex in the line 85.

Copy the contents from style/thesis_front_pages.tex into thesis_template.tex on line "\input{style/thesis_front_pages}"
