Create elicitation session interface to record multiple entries

We would like an interface where a list of phrases (ideally with translation) are pre-shown, likely without recordings. A pre-filled collection without recordings that could be used to generate new collections of recordings. For example, Cree Conversational Manual that could be used to record local variants in communities. Also, most frequent phrases, etc.
