Telegram bot that returns a sent image with a predefined PNG watermark on top using python-telegram-bot API Wrapper.
A PNG image named water.png must be included in the same directory as WMR.py
If high-quality results are needed, images must be sent as file with a message preciding them as follows "Batch 3", the number being the amount of images you are going to send.
