Hunger Debuff

If the player gets hungry, he will get debuff too.

Here is the list of debuff would be applied to the hungry player.

• Slowness 1
• Mining Fatigue 2
• Weakness 2

Config

• module.hunger-debuff.food-level (6): Determins when the player gets debuff.
  Default(6) means the player will get debuff when food bar (meat icon) is below 3.
