重现步骤

访问https://tdesign.tencent.com/miniprogram/components/notice-bar。引入【03 可滚动公告栏】的垂直公告栏（第三个）。

期望结果

内容正常显示，控制台不报错。

实际结果

内容正常显示，控制台报错——Uncaught (in promise) null。

基础库版本

3.2.2

补充说明

实测，问题和direction="vertical"属性相关，使用水平滚动样式则正常。调试基础库切换到2开头的老版本正常。
