Menu acceleration still appear if you:

  1. press and hold alt
  2. Mouse left click and select some text
  3. release the mouse left click
  4. release alt

The "old" solution doens't have this problem

 ~LAlt::Sendinput {Blind}{sc0E9}
 ~RAlt::Sendinput {Blind}{sc0E9}
