Issue Description
When a non-hostile Honey Bee is floating too highly from the ground, it will stop its behavior and staying at that single position without any movement. After pulling it back to the ground, it will restart movement.
In the additional image, the Honey Bee doesn't move at all.

Yes, it still happens in alpha 34.
To easily reproduce it, you can find a forest biome and AFK for a few minutes. Then you can see several Honey Bees floating in the air without movement. Also you can use Peacock Feather Fan (Twilight Forest) to blow it up.
I've adjusted the flying AI slightly in Alpha 36 which has been uploaded, once it has been approved I'll await your response to see if it'll fix this issue

They can randomly move now, but I didn't test for a long time to check if they can automatically fly down.
