Config "dimensionBlacklist" does not work

General Info

• I am running a modpack
• I can reproduce this issue consistently
  • In single player
  • In multiplayer
• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I'm having the same problem.
• I am crashing and can provide my crash report(s)
• I am using the latest version of the mod

Client Info

• Minecraft Version:1.12.2

• Forge Version: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2855

• Mod Version: 1.7.2

• Java Version: 1.8.0_51 64bit

Issue Description

I don't want to spawn the nightmob of this mod in the additional dimension of the mod "Tofu Craft Reloaded".
I tried to set "dimension Blacklist" from the config file, but I can't set it because I only know the dimension ID as a number.
I tried writing "I: dimension Blacklist = 56" (I'm sure this number is correct), but harpies and minotaurs spawn at night.
Isn't this writing the way I want it to be?

Reproduce Steps

1. Start minecraft only with TofuCraftReload-0.1.0.9 and the latest version of grimoireofgaia.
2. Close Minecraft after creating the world.
3. Enter "I: dimensionBlacklist = 56" in the config.
4. Start Minecraft again and go to Tofu World of Tofu Craft.
5. Command to night.
6. Night mobs such as harpies spawn.
