I was wondering if it would be possible to have the menu slide out further than it currently does?

Solved my own issue.

i changed lines 2 & 7 in ng-mobile-menu.css to use percentages, specifically 80%, it seems to be large enough to store additional information in the nav menu, but still small enough to show the nav button.
