Ardupilot supports native CRSF https://ardupilot.org/plane/docs/common-crsf-telemetry.html

1RSS, 2RSS, RQLY, RSNR, RFMD, TPWR, TRSS, TQLY, and TSNR may all be useful pieces of information for display. Any possibility of getting this added?

Only if it is sent by the FC over mavlink, but no further work is planned for MWOSD as there is little memory left.
MWOSD development will be bugfixes only
