検証用Arduino用で3A以上が計測出来ない #9

現状公開している，https://github.com/RobTillaart/INA226 を用いたファームウェアで，電流計測が正常に行えないことを確認した．

別のライブラリ：https://github.com/asukiaaa/INA226_asukiaaa を使用することで計測できることは確認しているので，ライブラリの問題の可能性が高い．

こちら，確認しました．

https://github.com/RobTillaart/INA226 のサンプルコードのINA226_demo.inoを使用しました．

安定化電源(KX-100L)と直流電子負荷装置(Maynuo M9711)を用いて，電流は5Aをかけて，電流値を確認したところ，以下のように電流が，3276.7mAで最大となり，それ以上は計測できませんでした．　

同様の構成で，https://github.com/asukiaaa/INA226_asukiaaa のサンプルコードの printVoltageAndCurrent
で確認すると，5Aでも計測することが出来ました．(誤差は多少ありますが)
