GPU usage at 100%

I have the newest version QB64.

Describe the bug
When ever I use QB64 in the Task Manager it shows the GPU usage of QB64 going up and down going from 0 to 100.
It doesn't slow down my PC much, but it might be a problem for lower power computers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open QB64, I was in the middle of programming.

Expected behavior
It doesn't use 100% of GPU.
(My GPU is a Geforce RTX 3050)

That is rather weird. I've never seen this issue before, and I use an RTX 3060. Probably it is your system. Try updating the GPU drivers and see if that helps.

Also try the latest version of the QB64-PE fork (https://github.com/QB64-Phoenix-Edition/QB64pe/releases). We've fixed a lot of issues and bugs since version 2.0.2 of QB64.
