The Talawa navbar logo used throughout the app is incorrect

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log in to the web app
2. The logo is clearly a poor imitation of what is required

Expected behavior

1. Use an appropriate image from our official logo repo:
   1. https://docs.talawa.io/docs/design/branding
      1. https://github.com/PalisadoesFoundation/talawa-docs/tree/develop/static/img/logos
2. Delete the offending image from this repo so that it's never used again.
