Think it might be time to consider writing a companion app. This will help with setup/discovery, but may also help with Tesla login as the 3rd Party apps that provide Tesla login are a lot more robust to changes from Tesla (same may apple to other 3rd Party services as well). I would propose the following:

• re-write the GUI in something more mobile orientated like https://materializecss.com/
• Implement basic app (iOS and Android) that will discover new and existing OpenEVSE instances, loading most of the UI from the WiFi module but extending with local UI as needed.
• Add additional mobile enhancements as needed

See the Home Assistant iOS/Android app or WLED for examples of similar apps. Apache Cordova looked good as well.

I would love to have an OpenEVSE app. I have 5 units across 2 locations and I wrote my own basic mobile web interface to view, manage, and control them. I'm not able to write a mobile app but would definitely volunteer to test and provide feedback.
