Sources kunnen worden opgehaal vanaf het /admin/gateways endpoint

Acceptatie criteria

Er is een beheerscerm met daarop een tabel
De tabel bevat name, location, type, status (zit nog niet in de api), last used (zit nog niet in de api)
Kliken op de "Bewerken knop" leid naar een bewerken formulier
In het formulier kan in de eigenschappen aanpassen en opslaan
Rechtsboven de tabel bevind zich een toevoegen knop
Klikken op de toevoegen knop leid naar het bewerken formulier waarmee ik een nieuwe source kan aanmaken
