Make Omega work with E16's bootloader

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, Omega woks like Epsilon 15, taking the whole internal flash and external flash. It would be very nice to make it work with Numworks' new Epsilon 16 bootloader.

Edit the build system to make it work.

Additional context
Some research needs to be done, or Numworks needs to provide documentation to do this. I've already started working on trying to understand the Epsilon 16 Beta bootloader. If anyone wants to contribute to the effort, the fisrt step is to understand how the bootloader works.
