Digital Signage for Conference Day Schedule

We need to create some digital signage for the Schedule. The hardware for this will be a projector (1080p, hi-res capable, http://amzn.to/1wS2GDE) projecting onto a large rear-projection screen (http://amzn.to/1MivK8P) connected to a RasPi computer with an OS configured to load a URL from the website that automatically refreshes (we may also set up some LCDs with the schedule and venue plan too). This sign will include a full schedule for the day, which will essentially be a live/current version of what's in the program and on the website. It should also include partner logos. Given how tightly integrated the theming will need to be for this (and that it won't need to be responsive), whoever handles the development should also handle the theming.
