Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install the noapi release/staging APK

Current Behavior

No icon is available to launch the application.

Expected Behavior

The launcher should have an FxR for launching the application.

Possible Solution

Update the AndroidManifest for the noapi build so that it support the launcher.
