Associated to a resource. It links the data rollups and the resource. An envelope has all the data rollups associated to a resource in a period. Close but not equal to a bill.
Is the way how we storage the calculations about costs specificated in showbackcharges about a resource. Note : an Envelope include 1 or + Data Rollups, for example an Enveloper of a Cluster will include their hosts and vms events.
