Search PATH for Tortoise/Git Executables #2

Currently I assume TortoiseGit and Git are installed in the default locations - some users customise their install locations. We should also search PATH to see if we can find it there, should it not be in the default location.

have you discussed this with cmstar? looks like he implemented this enhancement in his fork.

@cmstar If you'd like to shoot over a PR, I can include your changes in the main repository and push out an update to the extensions gallery - obviously giving you credit for the improvement. :)

Fixed by #13, will be released as 1.0.
