Request for GUI and/or interactive response file option

JM made the following request (email to Paul Barlow 1/24/2018, forwarded to Alden and Chris 3/20/2018):
It would be great if any future revisions to MODPATH could include a GUI and/or the old interactive response file option from the earlier versions of MODPATH. Setting up those input files now require a lot of back and forth with the documentation report and it can be time consuming if you aren't using MP on a regular basis.
