Reverting to previous version 0.0.0_0032 because version 0.0.0_0041 is causing problems.

FYI, this is fixed in ZHA by just making the plug leave group 0: zigpy/zha-device-handlers#1706
Z2M could probably implement a similar fix.
(The issue is that the plug is in group 0 when paired initially and IKEA remotes also need to be in group 0. The plug can be removed from that group though.)
