投屏功能

**需求描述
api界面添加一个jzvd

全屏后右上角添加投屏图标

可以引入第三方，用简洁的方式完整的搞出这个功能。

我在项目中接入了jz播放器，正好单位提出了投屏功能，采用Cling DLNA协议实现。

可以提交pr，在smalluichange里加一个jzvd继承jzvdstd，里面加上投屏按钮
