需求：monaco editor的suggestWidget能否支持固定定位，位置跟随光标的移动而动态设置

目前suggestWidget采用的是绝对定位，当父元素使用了overflow：hidden后，弹框会被遮挡，希望通过设置成固定定位去解决这个问题
