At the moment we have at least 3 ways to initiate Genome object - via local data folder, via GenomeAnnotationsConfig and for tests. Modification genomes information from JBR Genome Browser (https://github.com/JetBrains-Research/jbr) is quite complicated.

We should consider some unification of Genome initialisation scheme.
