We need to make a decision about who is in control of this repo and the direction of this project as a whole (is JavaJens a Linus-style benevolent dictator? Are we a quasi democratic orgo like Debian?), and then we also need to make a hard decision on this, because there are issues that are collecting dust while we waffle on these decisions. Additionally, I am of the opinion we should have a mailing list or some other way of getting in contact with each other.

@JavaJens, opinions?

Let's discuss in #72 and close this.

This is an important issue, one that @JavaJens needs to address. Up until now, this was his repo and he made whatever decisions he wanted. I think at this point the project has grown to the size where he needs to make a decision about whether he wants it to continue this way or not. #72 cannot be properly addressed until we know whether we're struggling for @JavaJens's opinion, a majority vote, or something else.

Sorry, I have been absent.
I don't want to make all decisions and I think the best way to make decisions is if a group collective argues about it and consensus decides.

However, I don't think this repo is actually the right place for that.
In lines with #72 I'd vote for creating an Organization that can be used with several members who have executive rights.
