Description

While comparing we can also check if there are any completely new scenarios that were missing in the previous version and report that
Basically, we would want to have these features

• - If a new scenario is found, the scan command will report that
• - If a scenario is missing, The scan command will report it
• - If a scenario is missing, The shift command will delete it from the expected failure files if found there.
