min and max properties in the DatePicker component.

In my case i am using a grid in edit mode.
I need to validate a cell based on value provided in some other cell in the same row.
as there is no min and max properties in date component i cannot validate it efficiently.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

If min and max property is present i can just refer the rowData cell value to the min and max properties and it can be validated using them if any values are entered in some other row cell which is needed for validation
