Adjustments to Patient History Tab

Due to recent changes for OPD functionality, the information shown in the patient history tab can now be condensed.

The suggestion is to continue to show the visits, and the visit type, as it does currently. However, for each visit only show procedure and orders, with minimal information. There is not a need for notes, or other information. The procedure name, image type, lab type should be sufficient.

The objective is to support the clinician making a quick scan through what treatments, objective measures (images, labs) , and meds where actually administered. Further details on any visit will remain readily available by simply clicking on the visit.
