Discharge Report is missing notes field

Expected behavior:
The discharge report needs to have a notes field, for instructions to the patient. This field is unique in that all other information on the report is being pulled from the visit or patient. This field is editable on the report only.

Actual behavior:
There is no field

my bad. the report is pulling the notes from the visit, which I think at this point is acceptable.
