Some questions about Loss of cls for ss(vote's score Loss )

I have a question, you get the label of L_cls about vote score.
why the label[0:128] is the labels? in your function: kitty_utils.py/regularizePCwithlabel(PC,label,reg, input_size,istrain=True)

In your paper you say"Those search area seeds located on the surface of ground-truth target are regarded as positives, and the extra as negatives." but in code is first 128' label.
